At EasyRepair, we require at least 3 hours’ notice if you need to make any changes or cancel your appointment.
This means, for example, that if your appointment starts between 12pm-4pm, you must call us before 9am on the same day. A service call cancellation can only be done through a live agent over the phone - leaving voicemail will not be accepted as a valid cancellation method.
Failure to comply with this policy will result in a service fee of $120 + tax (the exact cost may vary depending on location, time of day etc.).
Payment must also be made within 24 hours of the original booking.
